Stoiber and Associates, PC – established in 1983 – is a professional corporation licensed in the District of Columbia and registered to practice architecture in VA, DC, MD, MA, and NJ.  We offer complete architectural services on a wide variety of commercial, institutional and residential projects.
 
Our firm is committed to quality design, fiscal responsibility, contextual sensitivity, and responsiveness to client needs.  We have avoided specialization while expanding our capabilities by taking on diverse project types.  Knowledge gained on one project is applied to future projects through collaboration. As a result, our practice has developed a successful design process rather than following a design formula.  
 
A team approach is used on all projects; principal, project architect, and interior designer (when appropriate) see projects through from the programming phase through construction administration.  This approach assures consistency and continuity throughout the project.
 
The office maintains a dedicated staff of experienced architects and interior designers and has developed long standing relationships with a full range of supporting consultants in order to provide our clients with a complete design team tailored to their needs.  Together we have provided our clients with complete design and construction administration services for a wide variety of clients in the Washington metropolitan area and throughout the eastern United  States.
