Row House Task Force - Help Wanted!

The DCPL Row House Task Force, currently in formation, is seeking creative, committed volunteers to raise public awareness about these ubiquitous historic resources, explore successful programs used in other cities to rehabilitate blighted homes, and work with neighborhood residents to prevent their demolition.
