At its National Preservation Conference in October, the National Trust for Historic Preservation presented Theresa Brown with one of 15 National Preservation Honor Awards for her work preserving the historic resources of Washington, DC. Mrs. Brown also served for many years as a Trustee on DCPL’s board.
