Jason T. Young advises multinational corporations on the tax aspects of cross-border investment. He focuses his practice on tax-efficient business operating models, and provides tax consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, structuring of tax-efficient corporate reorganizations, intellectual property planning, integrated foreign holding companies, and treasury management structures.
Jason also has long history as a community organizer and activist, having served in the University of Miami School of Law’s legal clinical programs focused on communities that are underserved by the legal services industry and more recently as a volunteer leader with the Human Rights Campaign Greater DC Steering Committee.
